My name is Ryan Jones, owner of Unique Fitness Methods. As a personal trainer I bring 10 years of experience with helping people reach their fitness goals. I have a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, ISSA Personal Training Certification, NESTA Certification, and PICP Certification. I am dedicated to providing clients with exercises that are tailored to fit individual needs and prevent injury. I am always searching for unique methods to build strength. I train clients in person with customized equipment as well as online with a focus on building strength and personalized nutritional coaching using My Fitness Pal app.

In Person Training

Personal training sessions are offered in a private gym with specialized state of the art equipment. All ages and limitations are welcome. Monthly plans and flexible training packages are available! All plans include daily nutritional coaching and guidance as well as continuous accountability.

Getting Started:

  • Schedule a video assessment: Assess which muscles are tight and over-developed as well as weak under-active muscles to design a routine based on your specific needs

  • Download and set up My Fitness Pal App

  • Set up daily calorie and macro intake based on individual goals

  • Once set up, receive work out videos with detailed descriptions of each exercise

  • Daily Check-ins and nutrition coaching
